ah, vida...

All is well. Sorry for the long pause. I am crazy writing my next chapter for my dissertation and trying to stay completely focused on this. For many of my friends, this is an experience they have already endured. For the other part of my friends, send me positive and encouraging words of support and I will do the same for you. Fortunately, I have some great readers who have volunteered their time and energies...I just have to get the guts to send this first mess of words out to them.

Rui is being supportive although he is in the middle of writing his too. Okay. Well. Actually, I am ahead of him. He will pull the typical Portuguese scenario...seat of the pants.

kisses to all. here are the kids. They are growing, growing, learning, changing, mimicking, exploring. They are wonderful! (all mother's priveledge to say...)

(velveeta?)

anyway, hope the dissertation is coming along. comps here. on a 15 minute study break (yes, i know it is 1 in the morning). my roman archaeology test is in 12 hours.

after comps and catching up on classes that i've missed because of comps, i'm going to email you a rough outline & bibliography for the paper over the palma drains. the only way i'm going to get this paper done in a reasonable time is to treat it like an assignment for a class. yee-haw!

oh... uh, i'm sort of creating a database of greek kilns. more on this later.
