Today I am working on my dissertation and listening to NPR. I feel that, more and more, I want to go back to the States but I feel so dismayed by our politics. This war we are in is so wrong. Vietnam was sold and bought by the Americans and all of our other administrative endeavors to sell democracy. I understand why people hate the US but I think it is unfortunate that most Americans don't.
I felt that this quote and Guernica were appropriate. The quote is by Picasso as well. What does this have to do with Iberia? Guernica, Iberian. Picasso, Iberian. Me, in Iberia.
